Michael Grace has been a strategy and competitive intelligence professional and an attorney in the public and private sectors. 

From 2006 to 2008, he was a Director of Strategy and Business Development at Cardinal Health in Columbus, Ohio, where he established and led the strategic intelligence initiative for the $95 billion Supply Chain Services segment. His key responsibilities included linking competitive, market, and customer intelligence to the strategic planning process, M&A due diligence, and surfacing and assessing growth opportunities.

Previously, Mr. Grace founded and operated his own market intelligence consultancy which provided research and analysis services to a leading professional services firm, global financial institution, and management consulting group. 

He launched this company after serving as a Business Information Analyst and Manager of a Research and Information Services team at McKinsey & Company from 1998 through 2002.   In that capacity, he identified information sources, data collection methods, research methodologies, and led market and competitive intelligence projects for client engagements in the financial, health care, industrial, and technology sectors.

From 1995 through 1996, Mr. Grace was employed as a Senior Information Specialist with Ernst & Young, where he performed competitive intelligence and market analysis, and supported national and regional sales and marketing strategies.
